Returns & Notices

It is our goal to provide you with accessories you will love, in case of a return please keep the following in mind: 

Returns

  1. There is a 10 day return policy. Returns must be shipped back within 10 days of receipt. Please notify us via email if you will be returning an item at veilhauscustomerservice@gmail.com 
  2. Veils that have been custom ordered are final sales and therefore not returnable. 
  3. When returning items they must be new, unaltered, in the original package and with the original tags.We stand firm by this policy. A 50% restocking fee will be applied to returned items if not in their original package. Used items are not eligible for returns.
  4. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. 
  5. We request items be returned in the same or similar box as it was received. Please do not use envelopes as this may damage the item being returned. If a return item is received damaged due to improper shipping the return will not be processed. 
  6. When receiving a veil please keep in mind that they must be steamed prior to use. If a returned veil smells like smoke or other strong odor, the return will not be accepted. 
  7. Please include your invoice with your return.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item please contact us immediately via email and include several pictures of different angles of the damaged item. Please do not throw away the item as we will need to return it.

Please consider the size chart when ordering dresses and pay attention to size descriptions. Images provided are often enlarged to show detail and may be subject to photographic distortion. Colors depicted may vary according to monitor settings.
